One of the easiest tech shops l've ever been to!!! Very helpful and informative. I came in to fix my PS5 which had a problem with the hdmi port. While they were fixing it they sent me updates through text message with photos attached to it. Extremely fast service, they were able to give me my ps5 back the very next day. Super easy process to pick up back your console or whatever you come in for. I came in again because I couldn't turn on my PlayStation due to me not wanting to fix the power button (I know that was a dumb move by me) so when I asked if they can turn it on, they went to go ahead and do it no questions asked. She even gave me a tip on how to turn it on without the controller or power button. The greatest customer service of all time will come here again. Thank you Bros game shop!!!!!!

Called ahead and Sally, an employee, was very helpful and quoted me a price and let me know the time it might take. Came to this shop because I had an issue with my PS5 not reading blu-ray disc. Paid a small deposit and within an hour or so, the issue was fixed. Came home and tested, completely satisfied. Very happy with kind and speedy service given. Great place to come repair your console if you are in the South Bay/Los Angeles area. Highly recommend.

Took in a PS3 with my friend to see if it still worked and Sally checked it out for us and confirmed that it did. Simple video reset, got a new power cord as we didn't own one, and a new controller as well. Really great shop, very chill and helpful. Recommend anyone to come check this shop out for repairs, games and more!

I went here today to get two of my Dreamcast games resurfaced (Dino Crisis and Project Justice), and the owner was very informative and she resurfaced my games back to brand new condition. I have been coming here for the past 16 years, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!

Brought in a Nintendo Switch that wasn’t powering on anymore after not being in use for quite some time. Was given a very quick and detailed diagnosis, they let me know exactly what was wrong with it and what they needed to do to fix the issue. After a week in their hands I checked up on it and they gave me another detailed update and apologized for it taking longer than expected but by no means was it an issue and just 2 days later it was ready for pick up! Switch is on and working just fine. They have warranties to ensure satisfaction and product quality so I am very satisfied! Highly recommend for console/ system repairs

Bros Game Shop did an amazing job repairing a broken LCD screen for my Nintendo 3DS. Honest repair quote, great communication, quick repair time, and wonderful customer service overall. They have a great selection of new and old game titles, consoles, and accessories, which were a lot of fun to browse.

This place is amazing as always. As a long time customer for well over a decade, I went here today to get 26 games resurfaced, and each game came out looking brand new. I like the resurfacing machine they use here, It's high quality and top notch. Nowadays, It's hard finding a retro store that not only has a professional resurfacing machine, but offers these kinds of services. I'm happy to see that we still have retro video game stores around other than Gamestop. Thank you so much, Sally and Kat for all the amazing work that you do. If I ever need anymore games resurfaced, I'll be sure to pay you another visit.
